Booster Pack Guide

Browse the cards and finishes available in this booster. Printings, artwork, languages, and foil treatments remain separate entries.

Individual prices are TCGplayer Market Price estimates from a saved TCGCSV snapshot. Cards valued below $1 are hidden in both views; unavailable prices show N/A.

Adjusted average pack value includes all calculated pull rates, even those below 1%. Only cards without a specific rate, such as limited-run headliners with unpublished or bounded odds, are excluded. Cards contribute price times expected copies per pack, including cards below $1 that are hidden from the grid. This estimate excludes unknown or bounded odds and is not a guaranteed return.

Pull rate is the chance of at least one copy of this exact printing and finish in a pack. Approximate rates (≈) use Wizards' slot percentages, equal weighting within each pool, and independent draws. Actual print-sheet collation may differ. Published bounds are not converted into invented point estimates.

English individual Collector and Draft Boosters only. Serialized cards are English inserts across all pack languages. No basic lands, Commander cards, Special Guests or List inserts occur in these boosters. Tokens and release promo RVR #467 are excluded.

Prices are saved exact-printing TCGCSV Market Prices. The full catalog contributes to value before hiding sub-$1 cards. All numeric calculated odds below 1% contribute, including serialized cards with a published 1% category chance; bounds and unknown total rates do not.

Equal weighting within each published category and independent repeated draws are estimates. Actual print-sheet weights, dependencies and duplication prevention may differ. Rounded shares are retained without renormalization.

The collecting article opening lists 292 defaults and 111 commons, but the verified default printing catalog has 291 cards (110 commons, 90 uncommons, 71 rares, 20 mythics); borderless Blood Crypt begins at #292. Default Pack Rat is explicitly excluded by Wizards. The verified slot pools have 100 non-mana commons, 80 non-mana uncommons and 60 non-mana rares, as confirmed by the detailed Collector breakdown.

The article lists borderless totals as 23 rares/17 mythics, but the printing catalog and detailed foil slot verify 27 rares (17 anime plus 10 shock lands) and 13 mythics (2 planeswalkers plus 11 others). The nonfoil slot saying 32 anime rares is inconsistent with those 17 verified eligible printings; its 52% category share is divided among 17, not invented extra printings.

The 21 named Collector-exclusive retro cards and ten borderless shock lands are excluded from Draft. Pack Rat is only retro in Collector or anime in both products. RVR #467 is a release promo, not a retro booster insert.

No verified official MSRP for this pre-MSRP release; the comparison stays N/A. The article dates list incorrectly says 2023, while its opening, conclusion, product metadata and official first-look article confirm January 12, 2024.

Draft has exactly one nonfoil retro card: retro rare/mythic replaces the rare slot, otherwise retro common/uncommon replaces a common. A foil replaces a common in 33% of packs. This correlated collation is not modeled as independent retro or foil bonus slots. Ten common/replacement positions plus three uncommons, one rare/mythic and one mana position preserve the 15 physical cards; unknown category allocations remain N/A.

The curated mana slot contains default Guildgates, Signets, shock lands or Chromatic Lantern; default mana cards are assigned to that slot, with retro versions in other slots, following the described curated breakdown. Draft uncommons retain three default draws; retro uncommons replace a common. Rare/mythic anime/default splits are unpublished. Numeric average covers default uncommons, mana-slot cards and 13 nonfoil retro mythics only, NOT full pack EV.

Nonfoil retro mythic category is published at 2.7%, divided among the 13 Draft-eligible mythics. Traditional foil retro mythic category is <1% and is retained as a bound, not converted into a numeric estimate. Other foil rarity/treatment allocations are unknown.

Cards are ranked by highest value. Unknown prices appear last. Prices updated: Oct 2, 2026 4:05 PM EDT.
